For orders delivered in Spain (Peninsula) or the Balearic Islands.

To make returns and exchanges, please follow these steps:

• You have a maximum of 14 days from the delivery of the order to make a return or exchange.
• You must log into your account and request the return from your order, indicating the item you wish to exchange and the reason.
• We will send you the return label and drop-off point.
• Place the product back in its original box and wrap it well.
  
• We will process your return and refund within 10 working days from the date we receive the package in our warehouse. We will send a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
• Return shipping costs will incur a charge of €10, which will be deducted from the refund amount via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

If you notice a shipping error or product quality issues, it is essential to send an email with photos of the defect or problem with the shoe to info@initiaa.com. In this case, the return will not have any associated cost, and the customer can decide whether to receive the correct product again or cancel their order and receive 100% of the purchase amount.

We will not issue a refund if, upon arrival at our warehouses, it is found that the product has been used.
