GENERAL CONTRACTUAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE STORES
www.initiaa.com (hereinafter, the Website) is a website owned by Mónica Rucabado, hereinafter the Owner, registered office at: Avda. Luis Garcia Cereceda, 7 - 28223 Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid (Spain).
Access, reproduction and use of the Web services requires prior acceptance of the Terms of Use in force at any given time; the Owner reserves the right to modify said Terms when he deems it appropriate, by publishing the new text on the Web.
It is the user's responsibility to be aware of the Terms of Use before accessing the products and services on the Website; if you do not agree with them, please refrain from using it.
PROPERTY
The Website is a work composed of various integrated and inseparable elements (text, illustrations, photographs, animated images, videos, computer programs, including the website's HTML code, etc.), whose Intellectual Property belongs to the Owner except for those materials obtained under license from third parties.
The Owner and its licensors retain at all times the Intellectual Property rights to the Website and its individual components, in all copies made (regardless of the medium), granting only the usage rights described below. Any rights not expressly granted are reserved.
In addition to the above, the Owner is responsible for the selection, design of the structure and arrangement of the content of the Website, as well as being the one who has taken the initiative and assumed the risk of making the substantial investments aimed at obtaining, digitizing and presenting it, and is therefore entitled to the protection that Article 12 and Title VIII of Book II of the Intellectual Property Law may grant on the website, considered as a database.
The owner is also the sole owner of the design and graphic image of the Web, reserving the right to take appropriate legal action against persons who make imitations or unfair uses thereof.
It is strictly forbidden:

CONTENT AND USER BEHAVIOR
As a customer or user of the Website, you agree to make appropriate use of the content and services offered through it and not to use them for:
- Engaging in illicit, illegal, or activities contrary to good faith and public order.
- Disseminating content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic nature, that glorifies terrorism or that violates human rights.
- Causing damage to the physical and logical systems of the Owner, its suppliers or third parties, introducing or spreading computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause the aforementioned damage.
- Disseminating content that undermines the image and reputation of the Owner or third parties.
- To infringe upon the Intellectual Property, Industrial Property, image, honor or other rights belonging to the Owner or to third parties.
The Owner will have full freedom of decision as to whether the collaborations and messages are finally published on the Web or not, and will be entitled to remove them when deemed appropriate.
Violation of any of the rules contained in these Terms of Use and especially those provided for in this clause, will entitle the Owner to immediately terminate your registration as a user or subscriber of the Website.
PAYMENT METHODS AND PRICES
The prices of the services are expressed in Euros (€), including taxes and management and shipping costs, the amount of which will be indicated at the time of the final confirmation of each order.
Once the form details have been completed, the User must proceed to pay for the order through the payment methods specified on the Website.
After payment is made, the User will receive an order confirmation email, which will include a summary of the items purchased, the shipping method requested, and the destination address.
If an incident occurs at the time of payment that prevents the payment from being made, the User will receive an automatic payment error message and their order will not be processed until the payment process is successfully completed.
DELIVERY TIMES
Currently, orders can be placed for delivery to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Delivery to the Canary Islands will be available soon.
** Free shipping on orders over €25. Orders under €25 will incur a shipping fee of €4.50.
We also ship (at a cost of €16) to:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania and Sweden.
Order delivery ranges from 3-7 business days*
*Understanding that Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days.
We'll explain the usual process from when you place your order:
- The warehouse confirms the order (usually within 24 hours)
- The next working day, the courier picks up the order from the warehouse.
- The next day the order would already be on its way to your home.
We always try to meet these delivery times, but sometimes, due to specific situations such as weather conditions, special circumstances at the destination, etc., which depend on external factors, delays may occur. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to contact us. to info@initiaa.com .
IMPORTANT! Please check your order as soon as possible and make sure everything is correct.
If you're not home at the time of delivery, don't worry. The courier will try to call you to arrange a new delivery. If they can't reach you on the phone number you provided, they'll send you an email or text message. Simply follow the instructions, and you can arrange a new delivery with the courier the following day. This redelivery attempt can be made up to two times, free of charge. If we don't receive a response within this timeframe, your order will be returned to the original warehouse, and we'll refund the amount of your order using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL
Withdrawal
As a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without needing to provide a reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days, starting from the date of receipt of the product. To exercise your right, download this form , fill it out and send it to info@initiaa.com by email.
Returning goods involves collection costs if requested through the website's courier companies.
The goods must be delivered in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
The refund will be made through the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction. never after 14 calendar days after the consumer expresses their desire to exercise the right of withdrawal and once the product has been received in our warehouses in accordance with article 107.1 RDL1/2007.
Returns and exchanges
In the case of orders delivered in Spain (Peninsula) or the Balearic Islands.
To make returns and exchanges on orders, you must follow the following process:
- You have a maximum of 14 days from the delivery of the order to make the return or exchange.
- You must send an email to info@initiaa.com , with the following details:
Order numbers (appear in the emails they send you when you make the purchase).
Please indicate the product you wish to return, if there are several in the order.
Reason for exchange or return.
- Put the product back in its original box and wrap it well.
- We will send you a label to drop off the order at a post office.
- We will process your return and refund within the next 10 business days from when we receive the package at our warehouse. We will send a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
- Return shipping costs €5, which will be deducted from the refund amount via the same method used for the transaction.
If you notice an error in the shipment or product quality issues, it is essential that you send an email with photos of the defect or problem to info@initiaa.com. In this case, the return will be free of charge, and the customer can choose to receive the correct product or cancel their order and receive a 100% refund.
We will not issue a refund if, upon arrival at our warehouse, it is found that the product has been used.
Orders delivered to other countries
To make returns and exchanges on orders, you must follow the following process:
- You have a maximum of 14 days from the delivery of the order to make the return or exchange.
- You must send an email to info@initiaa.com with the following details:

Please indicate the product you wish to return, if there are several in the order.

The customer is responsible for shipping the package and will bear all costs. We will not take responsibility for the package until it arrives at our warehouse.
We will process your return and refund within the next 10 business days from when we receive the package at our warehouse. We will send a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
APPLICABLE LAW, JURISDICTION AND CLAIMS
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the User's place of residence.
Furthermore, pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, INITAA We inform you that, in case of dispute, Users residing in the European Union may resort to the “Online Dispute Resolution Platform” developed by the European Commission, which can be accessed via the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

The personal information or data you provide will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you consent to the processing of this information and data and declare that all information or data you provide is truthful and accurate.

The OWNER will pursue any breach of these Terms of Use, as well as any misuse of the Website or its contents, infringements of the rights belonging to it or its licensors, especially those of Intellectual and Industrial Property, by exercising all the actions, civil and criminal, that may correspond to it under the Law.
