Orders to Spain (mainland) and the Balearic Islands can currently be placed FREE of charge for orders over €25. For orders under €25, a shipping fee of €4.50 will be charged.
We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira, or the Azores.
We also ship (at a cost of €10) to:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, and United States.
** Order delivery ranges from 7-12 business days (understanding that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days)
Here's the usual process from the moment you place your order:
- The warehouse confirms the order (usually within 24 hours)
- The next business day, the courier picks up the order from the warehouse.
- The following day, the order will be on its way to your home.
We always try to adhere to these timeframes, but sometimes due to specific situations such as weather conditions, special circumstances in different destination locations, etc., which depend on external factors, delays may occur. IMPORTANT! Check your order as soon as possible and make sure everything is correct.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, don't worry. The courier will try to call you to arrange a new delivery. If they cannot reach you at the phone number you provided, they will send you an email or an SMS informing you. You just need to follow the instructions, and you will be able to arrange a new delivery with the courier for the next day. This re-delivery attempt can be made up to a maximum of 2 times, free of charge. If we do not receive a response within this period, your order will be returned to the original warehouse, and we will refund the amount of your order using the same payment method by which it was paid.
