Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Currently, orders can be placed for delivery to Spain (Peninsula) and the Balearic Islands FREE of charge for orders over €25. For orders under €25, a shipping fee of €4.50 will be charged.

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira, and Azores.

We also ship (at a cost of €10) to:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, and United States.

** Order delivery typically ranges between 7-12 business days (understanding that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days).

Here's the usual process from the moment you place your order:

  1. The warehouse confirms the order (usually within 24 hours).
  2. The next business day, the courier picks up the order from the warehouse.
  3. The day after, the order will be en route to your address.

We always try to meet these timeframes, but sometimes, due to specific situations such as weather conditions, special circumstances in different destination locations, etc., which depend on external factors, delays may occur. IMPORTANT! Check your order as soon as possible and verify that everything is correct.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, don't worry. The courier will try to call you to arrange a new delivery. If they cannot reach you at the phone number you provided, they will send you an email or SMS informing you. You just need to follow the instructions, and you can arrange a new delivery with the courier for the next day. This re-delivery attempt can be made up to 2 times, free of charge. If we do not receive a response within this period, your order will be returned to the origin warehouse, and we will refund the amount of your order using the same payment method used for the purchase.

RETURNS

For orders delivered in Spain (Peninsula) or the Balearic Islands.

To make returns and exchanges, you must follow this process:

  • You have a maximum of 14 days from the delivery of the order to make a return or exchange.
  • You must log in to your account and request the return from your order, indicating the item you wish to exchange and the reason.
  • We will send you the return label and drop-off point.
  • Put the product back in its original box and wrap it well.
  • We will process your return and refund within the next 10 business days from when we receive the package at our warehouse. We will send a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.
  • Return shipping costs €6, which will be deducted from the refund amount via the same method used for the transaction.

If you observe an error in the shipment or product quality issues, it is essential that you send an email with photos of the defect or problem with the shoe to info@initiaa.com. In this case, the return will not incur any associated cost, and the customer can decide whether to receive the correct product again or cancel their order and receive 100% of the purchase amount.

We will not issue a refund if, upon arrival at our warehouses, it is found that the product has been used.
